Zeta Chi Omega Scholarship Fund
Purpose: This fund is established to support students who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a dedication to social justice and community service.
Eligibility: This scholarship may be awarded to current undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled in an accredited college or university and who meet the following criteria:
o Reside in Virginia
o African American
o Demonstrate a commitment to community involvement and service, including advancing equity or civil rights
o Pursue a degree in any field.
o Priority is given based on financial need.
o Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 at the time of the award
o Preference is given to those with ties to Arlington or Alexandria, Virginia.
o Preference is given to those who attend a historically Black college or university.
The application must include a personal essay reflecting on how the candidate’s goals and pursuits demonstrate their current and planned participation in social justice and community service, civil rights, and success in the business world. The essay should also indicate a connection to the African American culture.
