The 2026 Chapter Contribution Forms are now available for download.

These updated forms are required for all chapter donations submitted to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Educational Advancement Foundation (EAF) and are used to ensure accurate processing, acknowledgment, and reporting of chapter contributions.

📅 Initial Submission Deadline: February 1, 2026

Chapters are encouraged to review the updated forms carefully and submit their contributions by the February 1 deadline to support timely processing and Regional Conference recognition.
